Wendy Kim, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of BioVie. She is a highly accomplished and results-driven financial executive with more than 35 years of experience in accounting, finance, and strategic leadership.

As a CFO, Ms. Kim successfully restructured and directed Corporate Finance and Operational Groups, closed eight M&A transactions, secured multiple bank financings, and raised over $100 million in the public capital markets.

Earlier in her career as a public accountant, combined 22 years at BDO and KPMG, Ms. Kim served eight years in the firm’s National Office within the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) Department, where she provided accounting and SEC filings reviews, as well as business advisory services to companies and engagement teams. She has also contributed her expertise to several American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) task forces, reflecting her ongoing commitment to advancing professional standards within the accounting and finance community.

Ms. Kim earned her BBA in accounting & finance at California State University.
